Atal Utkrisht government Inter College Kothuli ,which is situated at the feet of Loard Koteshwar Mahadev and amazing with natural beauty is located in village Kothuli (kadakot patti) The school was established in 1966 as juior ,1985 in high school and 1989 as up gradation at inter level . This area has been the birth place of Victoria Cros Darwam singh negi .
